I love when my couples agree that keeping things real, down-to-earth, and personality-driven is the way to go for an engagement shoot. Katie & Ben approached me with the idea that we wanted to actually showcase what their lives are like; Making memories that will actually last. They have a new sandwich at Porchetta & Co. on Dundas St. W almost every week, and stumble through nearby Kensington Market. During our creative collaboration session, we decided we wanted to go back to the place where it all started, on a friend’s farm in King City, ON. The sun waited for us to arrive, and what a magical time we had recreating their first glimpses of each other, and sharing a cocktail the way they did that first night. Starry-eyed doesn’t even begin to describe this kitty-loving couple. Can’t wait for the wedding guys 🙂
